Please read these Terms and Conditions of Use carefully. The Terms of Use include the conditions on which we make our Website and Services available to you and are the content of the agreement you enter into with the User when you visit or make any use of the Website. It is made clear that these Terms of Use absolutely bind every simple visitor to the Website to the maximum extent possible and to the extent that they can be applied, where the term “use” is mentioned, this includes in any case the simple visit and browsing the Website.

You must be over 18 years of age in order to use our Website and/or Services. Any use of our Website by you constitutes your unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use as well as the Privacy Policy, which is available here, and as such is incorporated and constitutes a single entity with these Terms of Use, as applicable from time to time. In the event that you do not agree with part or all of these Terms of Use, please stop browsing our Website and/or using our Services, otherwise your stay on our Website and/or using our Services will imply your consent and acceptance of these Terms of Use.
1-Definitions

• “Client” is defined as the individual, company or other legal person or organization that visits and/or uses the Website and/or the Services of Hiremykonos for the purpose of publicizing Jobs and finding Professionals who wish to undertake and perform the Jobs each time.
• “Professional” is defined as the private individual, sole proprietorship or legal entity that has created a personal Profile on Hiremykonos and who represents himself and/or his subcontractors in terms of participation in Hiremykonosand the processing of the Jobs undertakes through it. The definition of “Professional” also includes private individuals, sole proprietorships or legal entities that are exceptionally not registered on the Website and to whom the Service Provider may turn to serve the Client in the event that there is no registered Professional interested in performing the Work published by the Client.
• “Profile” is defined as the website through which the Professional promotes his services and which is accessible through the Website and belongs to Douleutaras.
• “Job” is defined as the content of any job which is posted on the Worker and which can legally be the object of service provision by a Professional.
• “Offer” is defined as the expression of interest on the part of the Professional to undertake a Job that has been posted on Hiremykonos.
• “Service” is defined as any provision of service or product offered directly or indirectly by the Servicer and/or by its legal representatives, agents and employees.
• “Authorized Partner” is defined as an employee and/or agent and/or assistant of the Servicer, who deals with the Professional for purposes of use by the latter of the Website’s services, i.e. regarding the Professional’s registration and/or the making of payments to the Hiremykonos.
• “Website” or “Website” are defined as all websites starting with: www.hiremykonos.com

2-General Terms

2.1. Register – Create an Account

Only registered Customers are allowed to use the Hiremykonos Services. Each Customer can create his personal account by completing the requirements

left fields in the registration form or in the Job posting form found on the main page of the Douleutaras website. However, you acknowledge that the Slave retains discretion, and without incurring any liability, may reject account creation requests.

You can view the Privacy Policy to learn about what information we collect during your registration process and how we use it.

The Customer is entirely responsible for maintaining the security of their personal password and generally for the security of their account. He becomes fully responsible for any act or action carried out on or through the account and the Hiremykonos does not bear any responsibility whatsoever. The Customer must notify the Servicer as soon as it notices any unauthorized use of its account or any breach of its security.

In the event that a Customer wishes to delete his account, he should contact Hiremykonos, at the following email address: contact@hiremykonos.com

2.2. Find a Professional

Although the Jobber makes every effort to ensure that the best possible service is provided, you acknowledge that it does not guarantee to you and that it bears no responsibility in the event that no or no suitable Professional is found for any posted Job. Furthermore, the Worker bears no responsibility in the event of a fraudulent, inaccurate or incomplete Bid being submitted by a Professional.

2.3. Professional Identity and Qualifications

You acknowledge that Hiremykonos is a website through which a Client looking for a professional to perform a task can be contacted by various Professionals willing to provide this service. Accordingly, the exclusive service offered by Hiremykonos is that it connects the Client with Professionals. Therefore, the service of the Hiremykonos is exhausted in the provision of the above facility and the Hiremykonos cannot guarantee and bears absolutely no responsibility for the identity and/or for the qualifications and reliability of each Professional.

For these reasons, you acknowledge that the Client has the absolute and full responsibility to make sure, before accepting the execution of the Work by a Professional, to verify the identity and details of the Professional, that the Professional has the necessary license and meets all the legal conditions for practicing his profession, is solvent, reliable and has trained and certified staff and/or subcontractors to implement the Work, and it is also the sole responsibility of the Client to verify the accuracy of the information and/or documents that may be provided by each Professional before choosing him and accepting his services. The Worker bears absolutely no responsibility and waives any claims regarding the above, such as indicatively in the event that the identity and/or details of the Professional are untrue, inaccurate or incomplete. Furthermore, where a specific professional certification is required for the execution of a Work, the Contractor recommends that the Client request an official copy of this certification from the Professional, before he begins the implementation of the Work. The Employer bears absolutely no responsibility in the event that the Professional does not meet all the legal requirements for practicing his profession.

2.4. Modes of Operation – Select Professional

The Hiremykonos works in the following ways:

1) provides the Customer’s contact information, and the Customer respectively obtains the contact information of up to five Professionals, depending on the type of Work to be performed, who will be the first to declare that they are interested in performing the Work published by the Customer, but also access to the Professional Profile, with the exception of the Professional categories where this is not available.

2) in certain categories of Work, such as indicatively in the cleaning category, the Contractor may, instead of the above mode of operation, notify the registered Professional who is in the closest possible geographical proximity to the Client and who is available to serve him at the time declared by the Customer date and time, providing both parties with some information about the other party.

3) in a case where there is no registered Professional interested in performing the Job published by the Client, the Hiremykonos may provide the Client’s contact information to an unregistered Professional and, accordingly, the Client may obtain the contact information of the unregistered Professional.

You acknowledge and agree that in any event, the Hiremykonos does not recommend or indicate as suitable any particular Professionals. You recognize that

It is your own responsibility to evaluate each Professional and their Offer and either choose the one you think is the most ideal for you in the event that more than one Professional shows interest in the Job you have posted, or accept or reject the unique Professional who has expressed an interest in your Work or who has been automatically and based on criteria proximity and availability notified by the Hiremykonos or even the unregistered Professional notified by the Hiremykonos, with whom you can get in touch in order to judge the its reliability and suitability. The Hiremykonos does not bear any responsibility whatsoever for your personal choice and you choose and cooperate with the Professional at your own risk.

2.5. Agreement between Client and Professional

2.5.1. The Client and the Professional are free to negotiate the specific conditions for the execution of the Work and, in general, the conditions that will govern the agreement between them. In some cases of Works, such as indicatively in the cleaning category, due to their nature but also for the convenience of the Client and the Professional, the Work is clearly defined already from its publication and specific specifications are set. Therefore, in these cases, the negotiation framework regarding the content of the Work may be limited and both the Client and the Professional must comply with the relevant conditions that have already been determined from the publication of the Work. In any case, you understand and accept that the Worker does not take part in and bears no responsibility for the negotiation of the terms of performance of the Work.

THE SUPPORT DOESN’T MAKE A CONTRACT OF PART AND DOESN’T PARTICIPATE IN ANY WAY IN ANY CONTRACTION OF EVERYTHING OTHER AGREEMENT EVERYTHING ASSOCIAL

Hiremykonos simply facilitates the conclusion of each agreement between the Client and the Professional exclusively by providing an online space where the contracting parties come into contact so that they can then enter into an agreement in the manner and type they choose. You therefore acknowledge that any agreement entered into by the Client with any Professional shall not in any way bind the Servicer and that the Servicer shall not be liable for any claims arising out of any dispute, act or omission in connection with the conclusion, validity or performance of any agreement between the Client and the Professional, including the collection of the Professional’s fee by the Client.

Furthermore, you acknowledge that even in the event that the Hiremykonos for your convenience communicates with you and the Professional by telephone, in order to facilitate the consultation between you, this in no way implies that the Hiremykonos becomes a party to any agreement concluded between them Professional and you, and Hiremykonos bears no responsibility for claims from your relationship with the Professional.

2.5.2. Indicative and not limiting, the Hiremykonos does not bear any responsibility whatsoever and disclaims any claim regarding the following:

a) Execution of the Work by the Professional

The Hiremykonos bears no responsibility for the correct execution of the Work and/or for the quality or suitability of the services provided by the Professional or his subcontractors and for any related claim, such as indicative and not limiting for any claims from theft or damages that caused to persons, objects, property and other elements or from other direct, indirect or consequential damages that the Client may suffer from the Professional.

b) Financial Terms – Transaction

Since the Hiremykonos does not participate in the formation and is not part of the agreement between the Client and the Professional, in the cases where there is a possibility of negotiation between the parties and the relevant terms are not already determined from the publication of the Work, the Hiremykonos is not involved, with the formulation of the financial terms that will govern each agreement, such as indicative and not restrictive, with the amount of the Professional’s fee, with the exception of Cleaning Works, which are invoiced based on the Price List, which can be found here or at the time, manner and place of payment (with the exception of the case in which the Client authorizes the Contractor to issue a Contract, as described below in point 2.5.3), but neither with their observance. It is, therefore, the sole responsibility of the Client and the Professional, when and to the extent that there is a possibility of negotiation, to agree on the above conditions, and to proceed with their fulfillment.

In certain cases of Works, the Hiremykonos may provide the Client with an estimate of the cost of the submitted Work. This can happen even before the final submission of the Work by the Client to the Hiremykonos Website, but also after the submission of the Work and during a telephone call to the Client to verify his details. You acknowledge that the estimate of the cost by the Hiremykonos is indicative and is made only for the convenience of the Client and that in no case the amount that the Hiremykonos will indicate as indicative for the specific Work is not binding for the Client and/or the Professional, who can set a lower or higher fee.

Following all of the above, it becomes clear that the Slave does not participate in the financial transaction between the Client and the Professional and that the Client deals directly with the Professional.

Keeping documents related to the transaction between the Professional and the Client.

It is pointed out that the Hiremykonos does not keep any record of any invoices, receipts or other documents/evidence regarding the Professional’s transactions with the Client. The issuance and provision of the above documents by the Professional to the Client, which will prove the payment by the Client, is carried out without any participation or involvement of the Hiremykonos, and as a result the Hiremykonos disclaims any responsibility regarding the preparation and compliance of the relevant documents.

c) Compliance with the Legislation

The Client and the Professional must comply with the applicable legislation and the principles imposed by good faith and business ethics and ensure that the content of the agreement or contract between them and any act or action of theirs does not contradict the above.

By way of example and not limitation, Hiremykonos draws the attention of the Client and the Professional to the following:

i) Compliance with Tax Legislation: The Client and the Professional must comply with tax legislation by fully fulfilling their tax obligations arising from the latter. Therefore, among other things, they must take care of the possible imposition and return of the relevant VAT. and for the possible issuance of a receipt by the Professional in any financial transaction between them, in accordance with the provisions of the law, in particular in compliance with the provisions of Law 4/1978 on the Certification and Collection of Taxes as amended and in force and in particular in article 30 thereof , which establishes the mandatory issuance of invoices and receipts regarding transactions and collections, as well as in compliance with Law 2859/2000 on the Sanction of the Value Added Tax Code, with the provisions of the Tax Procedure Code of Law 4174/2013 but also with the relevant instructions and circulars issued by the Independent Public Revenue Authority. The Hiremykonos does not bear any responsibility for the observance of the above.

ii) Compliance with Insurance Legislation: The Client and the Professional must ensure compliance with insurance legislation. The Contractor encourages the Client to verify that the Professional is insured before accepting his Offer and entering into an agreement or contract with him.

The Hiremykonos cannot know or guarantee that the Professional is insured and therefore bears absolutely no responsibility and waives any claims from any direct, indirect or consequential damage in the event that the Professional is uninsured, whether this is established before or after acceptance and/or execution of the Work by the Professional. For the above reasons, it becomes clear that the Hiremykonos is in no way responsible for any claim in the event of an accident, injury or death of a Professional during the provision of the Work or during the transition to the place where the Work will be provided.

However, we advise the Client and the Professional that in the event that the Professional is uninsured (as is often the case with people offering cleaning services, for example), it may be possible for the Client to legally provide their services through the process issuance of the Work Seal. Hiremykonos urges the Client and the Professional to be informed by the competent bodies about the transaction through a Contract in order to establish whether for the specific Work there is the possibility of dealing with the process of issuing a Contract and therefore whether the Professional can legally undertake and perform the Work.

In any case, you are informed of the details of the Professional that are necessary in order to be able to issue a Work insurance.

2.5.3 Even if the Hiremykonos indicates to the parties the possibility of issuing a Contract or even facilitates the Client with the issuance of this, accept that in any case compliance with the insurance legislation is the sole responsibility of the Client and the Professional.

Following this, you acknowledge that the Hiremykonos bears absolutely no responsibility in the event that the Professional is deprived of any rights due to the issuance or non-issuance of a Work Order, nor in the event that the parties do not take all legal actions and procedures to complete the payment process through Labor insurance or for any incidental obligations.

3. Anti-Bribery, Corruption and Fraud Policy.

Hiremykonos conducts its work by legal means and with integrity. Cheating is unethical and illegal, and corrupt practices are unacceptable, and Hiremykonos maintains a zero-tolerance approach to fraud, bribery and corruption. Hiremykonos and its staff are committed to conducting business with professionalism, impartiality, integrity and respect for all legal procedures, always complying with the applicable legal and regulatory framework. For this reason, Hiremykonos also expects those who work with it to adopt a similar zero-tolerance approach to fraud, bribery and corruption, avoiding any action that could be considered fraud, bribery or corruption, such as cheating Public Authorities through violation of tax legislation.

Preventing fraud, bribery and other forms of corruption is the responsibility of everyone who works for us or under our control. All Staff, Professionals as well as Customers must avoid any activity that could lead to a violation of the relevant legislation, adopting a policy of zero tolerance towards such behaviors and practices.

3. Limitation of Warranties

3.1. The Hiremykonos does not make any guarantees as to the achievement of results in undertaking the Work, nor that the Website or the Hiremykonos Services will meet the requirements or expectations of the Client.

The Hiremykonos does not make any guarantees regarding the achievement of results in finding a Professional or Offer, nor that the Website or the Services of the Hiremykonos will satisfy the requirements or expectations of the Customer.

3.2. Also, the Hiremykonos makes no warranty as to the quality, accuracy, completeness, completeness or appropriateness of the content and information published on the Hiremykonos or provided through its Services – including information provided by and concerning the Professional – nor that any errors or inaccuracies in its Website or Services will be corrected in a timely manner. You agree that your use and/or processing of any information or data provided through the use of the Website or the Hiremykonos Services is at your own risk.

4. Information and Data provided or published by the Customer

4.1. The Customer is solely responsible for the information, data and content in general that it provides or publishes on Hiremykonos (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Information”) and acknowledges that responsibility for any Information entered by it and available with any way on the Website, burdens him personally. The Customer agrees and undertakes that this Information is not false, inaccurate, misleading, offensive, threatening, abusive, slanderous, malicious, that it does not contain pornographic, defamatory, misleading, obscene material and, in general, material that violates the rights provided for by the current legislation the consumer public, other Customers and Professionals and this Web where and especially those related to the protection of human dignity, honor and reputation, private life, minors and professional reputation and that they are accurate, up-to-date and complete.

Instead, the Customer warrants that all Information is – and will ensure that it is – fully true, valid and correct.

4.2. The Customer is required to ensure that the Information does not infringe any intellectual property or any patent, trademark, trade secret or other right or right of publicity, privacy or property, is not fraudulent, or violates any laws or regulations such as, but not limited to without limitation, consumer protection, unfair competition, discrimination and false advertising laws.

4.3. The Client is obliged to make sure that the Information does not create any form of legal liability for the Hiremykonos or may cause the loss (partially or completely) of the Hiremykono’s users. The information published should not refer directly or indirectly to another website other than the Hiremykonos Website.

4.4. The Customer warrants that the Information does not contain any computer virus, macro virus, trojans, warms or anything else that interferes with, interrupts or disrupts the normal functions of a computer and that it also will not result in the interruption of its proper operation Hiremykonos and the Services he offers.

4.5. The Client grants the User a non-binding, universal, continuous, irrevocable, royalty-free and assignable license to the Information it posts to the User, so that the User meets the conditions for the use of such Information with respect to, but not limited to and not limited to, copyrights, trademarks, advertisements or databases associated with such Information. The Client acknowledges that the Hiremykonos has the absolute right to transmit or distribute the Client’s Information on various public networks and in various media

4.6. The Client acknowledges that the Hiremykonos has the absolute right to edit, modify or withdraw any part or parts of the Information published by the Client, if it deems it necessary.

5. Customer Obligations

The Customer agrees and undertakes that:

a) will not post Work that is prohibited by law.

b) will not represent and/or act on behalf of any other person or any other company or entity and will not use false information or information that he is not authorized to use.

c) will not access the Hiremykono’s database without the latter’s prior written permission and will not intercept data or personal information in any way.

d) will not violate or attempt to violate the security mechanisms of the Website – including accessing any data or a server to which it does not have the right to access – or in general the security of this Website and its associated services.

e) will not copy, reproduce, republish, convert, distribute or publicly display, decompile, disassemble, create derivative works from, assign, license, transfer or adapt any of the software, information, text, graphics, source code or any other content; with the exception of content relating to him and/or his Work, from the Website without the written permission of Hiremykonos.

f) will not use the Website and the Hiremykonos Services in a manner contrary to these Terms and Conditions of Use for purposes other than those for which the Website was created and operated and for which the Services are provided. By way of example and not limitation, the Customer undertakes not to use the Website and the Hiremykonos Services for any illegal activity or to transmit or post defamatory, offensive, abusive, threatening or obscene content or content which may cause annoyance, disturbance or unnecessary concern .

g) will not use any personal contact information of other Clients or Professionals, obtained from the Hiremykonos, for any purpose other than the consultation for the undertaking and processing of Work posted by the Worker. By way of example and not limitation, it warrants that it will not use such information to send unauthorized messages, commercial or non-commercial, and that it will not disclose or share it with third parties, except as expressly permitted by these Terms of Use or if it has been previously consent of a particular Client or Professional after adequate disclosure of the purpose for which such communication is intended. In any case, agrees to use any information obtained through Hiremykonos in accordance with applicable Greek and European legislation and regulations, including, but not limited to, Greek legislation on the protection of personal data and the preservation of privacy.

h) will appear appropriately and on time at the agreed date and time of the appointment with the Professional. In the event that for any reason he foresees that he cannot appear at the appointment, he is obliged to inform the Professional or Hiremykonos at least 24 hours in advance to the e-mail contact@hiremykonos.com or to the telephone available on the Website.

6. Rights of the Hiremykonos

6.1. The Servicer reserves the right to modify or discontinue, in part or in whole, temporarily or permanently, its Website and Services with or without prior notice to the Customer and the Customer agrees that it or any third party does not retain any claim against the Servicer for any any modification or discontinuance of the Website and Services.

6.2. Furthermore, the Service Provider may modify, suspend or terminate part or all of its Services without notice, and/or delete the Customer’s account, if it deems that the Customer has violated any term of this contract or provision of the law as well as for the more specific grounds set out in clause 12 below.

6.3. The Hiremykonos has the right to change the Terms of Use, including the Privacy Policy, as it is incorporated and constitutes a single entity with these Terms of Use, provided that it publishes such changes on the Website and informs about the last change date at the beginning of the document. Hiremykonos encourages each Customer to check at regular intervals the Terms of Use, as well as the said Privacy Policy, which are permanently posted on the Hiremykonos Website. If the Customer does not agree to the change to the Terms of Use, it should stop using the Hiremykonos Website and its Services. If you continue to use the Hiremykonos Website and its Services after the changes, this means that you accept them.

6.4. In the event of a complaint by a third party or a finding by the Hiremykonos himself after checking for illegal content of a posted Work, the Hiremykonos reserves the right, at any time, to delete posted Work and terminate the Client’s account.

6.5. Hiremykonos reserves the right to contact the customer during or after the completion of the work in order to capture the customer’s opinion regarding the services provided through a short evaluation.

6.6. Hiremykonos reserves the right to investigate and monitor any evaluation and in case it considers it fake or inappropriate to delete the evaluation and related comments.

More specifically, in cases where the evaluation has been set, while at the same time one or more of the following conditions are not met, the Hiremykonos reserves the right to remove or modify the evaluation.

• The evaluation does not contain abusive or slanderous characterizations
• In cases of negative evaluation, a clear justification is included (One-word evaluations and the use of characterizations without justification are considered unclear)
• The evaluation concerns the work carried out in accordance with the specifications of the posted work
• The evaluation is registered within 6 months from the moment the professional was hired.

6.7 The Hiremykonos reserves the right to contact the customer during or after the completion of the work in order to capture the customer’s opinion regarding the services provided through a short evaluation.

6.8. The Hiremykonos reserves the right to post on the Website evaluations of the Work of the Professional registered by the Customers. Evaluation is done through scoring on a scale of 1 to 5, where 1 is the lowest score and 5 the highest, and by posting comments.

6.9. The Hiremykonos has the right to use third parties of his choice for the fulfillment of his obligations arising hereunder.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1. By the Client: As the copyright in the content published in a Work does not belong to the Hiremykonos, the Client grants a universal, continuous, irrevocable and irrevocable authorization, so that the Hiremykonos can make use of them for any purpose.

7.2. By Hiremykonos: Any and all content, including without limitation, trademarks, logos, symbols, website names, industrial designs, images, background images, icons, photographs, navigation tools, text , software or related products and goods appearing on Hiremykonos’s Website are protected by intellectual property rights and belong to Hiremykonos or third parties authorized by Hiremykonos to develop activities related to the Website and Hiremykonos’s platform software. The Customer agrees to respect the intellectual property rights of the Hiremykonos and any third parties and understands that the intellectual property in this Website and the software may not be used in any way and by any means without the prior written permission of their owners.

Hiremykonos grants to Customer (including ordinary visitors to the Website) a non-exclusive, non-transferable, right to use the Website platform and the Hiremykonos Services solely for personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms of Use. All rights not expressly granted to the Customer are the property of the Hiremykonos and its licensors.

8. Indemnification

The Customer agrees that it shall immediately indemnify the Hiremykonos for any costs, positive or consequential damages or losses of any kind (including legal fees) incurred by the Hiremykonos due to claims, direct or indirect, existing or imminent, arising from any tortious non-contractual, illegal or bad faith behavior of the Customer. The indemnity includes the damage proven to have been suffered by the User or a third party directed against the User due to, indicatively and not limited to, any non-contractual or illegal act or omission, infringement of copyrights, trademarks, as well as due to defamation, false or misleading advertising or , respectively, damage resulting from the information and Works posted by the Client on the Worker’s Website in violation of these Terms of Use.

9. Limitation of Liability

In addition to the reservations that have been formulated in other parts of these Terms of Use, regarding the limitation of the liability of the Hiremykonos, the Client also agrees and accepts that:

9.1. Hiremykonos bears no responsibility for any damage or loss suffered by the Customer which may result either from the use or inability to use or the results of using the Website and/or the Services of Hiremykonos or from his relationship with the Professional , which will have been concluded directly or indirectly through the use of the Website by the Customer. This includes, without limitation, losses or damages which are personal or business (including but not limited to those resulting from loss of profits, data, time or due to a permanent or temporary cessation of the provision of the Services) and which are related to revenue, information , data or any other financial loss, even in cases where the User has been informed of the possibility of such losses or damages.

9.2. The Hiremykonos does not wish and cannot be involved in transactions between the Client and the Professional, even if the Client is in dispute with the Professional or his subcontractors. In no way shall the Hiremykonos, as well as its agents and employees, be liable or responsible for any claims, demands and damages of any nature and type, known or unknown, expected or unexpected, overt or hidden, arising out of or connected with the conflict.

9.3. Hiremykonos does not guarantee that the information contained on the Website or transmitted to the Customers through any form of communication, such as, indicatively and not limited to, through telephone conversations, email, or correspondence, is accurate, verified, current, understandable or complete. It is possible that this information contains inaccuracies, spelling errors, due to human or electronic oversight. The Hiremykonos is not responsible under any circumstances for any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or its Services.

9.4. E-mails or other forms of communication generated automatically as a result of the publication of information provided by Customers or Professionals are not directly subject to control of their content by Hiremykonos as they are sent automatically, without prior control and processing of their content, and therefore do not reflect necessarily the opinions and/or beliefs of the Hiremykonos. Therefore, the Hiremykonos does not assume any responsibility and is not responsible for any problems arising from communications via e-mails that contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies, forgery, falsification or that contain offensive characteristics, defamation or fraudulent behavior. Also, e-mails sent by Professionals to Clients are not subject to content control by Hiremykonos.

9.5. Although the Servicer takes reasonable precautions to verify the content provided by and to Customers, the Servicer is in no way responsible for such content or for any omissions therein.

9.6. Hiremykonos does not guarantee the day or time that any email, telephone call, message or other form of communication received by Hiremykonos will be answered.

9.7. Subject to the foregoing, the Hiremykonos assumes no responsibility for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations under these Terms of Use, in the event that such delay or failure is due to a reason beyond its control of the reasonable and foreseeable control of the Hiremykonos.

This Website may provide links to other websites maintained by third parties. Links to any such third party website are provided as a convenience only by you. Hiremykonos bears no responsibility for the content of any linked website. Hiremykonos does not endorse or make any representations about these linked websites or any information, software or other products, services or materials found there, or any results that may be obtained from their use. If you decide to access any third party website linked to this website, you do so entirely at your own risk.

11. Disputes

11.1. If the Customer becomes involved in a dispute/dispute with any Professional, the Customer shall attempt to resolve the dispute/dispute directly with the Professional and inform the Worker of the results of such attempt.

11.2. The Hiremykonos, at its sole discretion and discretion, and without any legal obligation, may investigate any complaints submitted by the Customer or the Professional and may discuss any issue with all counterparties. As a result of such a complaint investigation, the Hiremykonos may decide one of the following:

a) The Client and/or the Professional may continue to use the Services of the Hiremykonos.

b) The Hiremykonos will suspend the license to use its Services to the Client and/or the Professional for a certain period of time, which depends on the judgment and discretion of the Hiremykonos.

c) The Service Provider will terminate the license to use its Services to the Client and/or the Professional and will permanently delete them from its database. The Hiremykonosr has the right to claim compensation for damages or losses that may have been unlawfully caused to him as a result of this dispute.

In no event shall the Hiremykonos be liable for any claims (whether tort, indirect or consequential) arising out of or relating in any way to such dispute between the Customer and the Professional.

12. Termination and Termination

12.1. The Hiremykonos reserves the right to terminate or permanently discontinue the Services it offers to the Customer and to delete it from its database, if it has strong and valid indications that the Customer has substantially breached these Terms or the applicable legislation.

12.2. Each contracting party may terminate the contract between them, immediately, after a written warning, if the counterparty commits a violation of any term of the contract.

12.3. If the Service is suspended or terminated, in accordance with paragraph 12, the Customer may not continue to post new Jobs.

13. Payments

Hiremykonos provides its services to Customers free of charge.

14. Transactions between Customer and Professional

The Client chooses and contracts with the Professional by contacting him directly. Hiremykonos does not in any way become a contracting party to the contracts resulting from the agreements of the counterparties Clients and Professionals, but only facilitates these agreements by providing an online space where the counterparties come into contact to then contract in the manner and form which they will choose.

15. Final provisions

15.1. In case of initial or subsequent invalidity of one of these Terms of Use, the validity of the others is not affected.

15.2. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the failure of the Hiremykonos to exercise any legal right or remedy, which is included in these Terms and Conditions of Use or that is available to the Hiremykonos under law, will not be considered a waiver of its rights and that the foregoing rights or remedies shall remain available to him.

15.3. The contract with the Hiremykonos constitutes the entire agreement between the Client and the Professional and supersedes any prior arrangements, statements, communications or agreements, written or oral, relating to the Hiremykonosr and its legal representatives, agents and employees and continues to apply for as long as the Customer visits or uses the Website and the Services of the Hiremykonos, but also after the cessation of any visit or use on his part, to regulate the results or relationships that arose while the Customer visited and/or used the Website and/or of the Hiremykonos.

15.5. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create any partnership, joint venture, agency, brokerage, agency or supply relationship between the parties.

15.6. With the exception of the provisions referred to, any person who don’t deal to

this Agreement, has no right to invoke or enforce its terms.

15.7. This contract is subject to Greek law. Any dispute arising from these Terms of Use shall be resolved by mediation in accordance with the rules of the Hellenic Mediation and Arbitration Center in Athens, as it exists and operates at the time the dispute enters mediation. Mediation is mandatory before the case is referred to arbitration. If the dispute is not resolved by mediation, it shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Hellenic Center for Mediation and Arbitration in Athens, as it shall exist and operate at the time the dispute is submitted to arbitration. If the parties have not agreed on the appointment of an arbitrator within five (5) days of the request for arbitration, then a three-member panel is appointed by the Hellenic Mediation and Arbitration Center itself.

15.8. According to the Directive 2013/11/EC, which was incorporated into the Greek legislation with the KYA 70330/2015 and the Decision 31619 Official Gazette 969/22.3.2017 (article 8) the possibility of electronic resolution of consumer disputes with the Alternative Dispute Resolution procedure is provided in whole of the European Union. If the Customer has any dispute with the Worker and resides in the EU, he can use the website https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/?event=main.home.show for out-of-court settlement of the dispute.
